Parent Volunteers

The Team Behind the Team

We Need You

A team this size doesn’t run on coaches alone. It runs on parents who choose to help.

With 200+ athletes, multiple race weekends, and all the coordination that comes with gear, sponsorships, logistics, and communication, parent involvement isn’t optional — it’s essential.

As a volunteer-run non-profit, we require each family to contribute 8 hours per athlete during the season. These hours can be served as a Ride Leader, on a committee, helping at races, or volunteering at the league level.

When parents step up, athletes get a better experience. It’s that simple.

Families who complete their volunteer commitment will receive a refund of the $100 volunteer fee at the end of the season. Opportunities to serve are shared at registration, in Slack, and before every race.

No Experience Required

You don’t have to know mountain biking. You just have to care. Many roles happen off the bike and behind the scenes. We’ll help you find the right fit. Here are just a few of the ways you can help.
